专利说明:
The invention relates to an end strip (especially made of plastic), in particular skirting board, wall connection strip or the like, witha (forming the front visible surface) front visible profile section, which in the assembled state with its lower end (directly or indirectly with the interposition of a sealing lip) against a lower mounting surface, z. B. a floor, a worktop or the like rests, and a contrast angled or bent upper end profile section which in the assembled state with its upper, rear end against a rear mounting surface, z. B. a wall or the like, is present. Such an end strip is used to cover a transition between two generally perpendicularly arranged mounting surfaces. You will e.g. B. used as a skirting board or skirting board at a transition floor / wall. Alternatively, they can be laid as a wall connection strip in the area of a worktop and consequently at a worktop/wall transition. Bottom bar means in the context of the invention in particular a bottom bar made of thermoplastic material z. B. is produced by extrusion (including coextrusion). Such end strips are z. B. known as hollow profile strips and they can also take over the function of a cable duct (cf. e.g. DE 20 2012 101 292 U1. From practice, different methods of attaching end strips are known. As a rule, an end strip type is designed for a special type of fastening, e.g. B. either a rear adhesive on the wall or a fastening with screws or a fastening with special mounting clips. End strips z. B. are made by extrusion and designed as hollow profiles, have not only a front visible profile, but also a spaced-apart rear wall, so that a total of this rear wall a very large area for gluing the hollow profile to the rear mounting surface, z. B. the wall is available. The production of such hollow profiles is basically possible by extrusion, but involves a certain amount of effort if the quality is high. Alternatively, solutions are known in which the end strip is attached to a plurality of mounting clips on the wall. The individual mounting clips z. B. can be made of metal, are fixed at certain intervals on the wall, z. B. by means of screws. The metal clips have spring legs, which are also referred to as receiving fingers and onto which the end strip can be attached during assembly. For this purpose, the end strip generally has an insertion groove on the underside that extends in the longitudinal direction and into which the spring legs of the mounting clips can be inserted. Mounting with the help of such mounting clips is usually used for end strips that are manufactured as full profiles, e.g. B. made of wood or wood-based materials. Such mounting clips or end strips with mounting clips are z. B. known from EP 1 866 503 B1. [0007] GB 845 026 describes an end strip for bonding to the rear of a wall. It is designed as a plastic profile, which is comb-like in cross-section, d. H. a plurality of webs are connected to the rear of the front visible profile section, forming accommodation chambers arranged between the webs, these accommodation chambers being arranged inclined to the horizontal and serving as adhesive pockets for receiving an adhesive for fastening the strip to the wall. [0008] GB 2 476 170 A describes an end strip which serves to hold a floor covering strip on the front and is provided with webs on the rear which are partially L-shaped, so that the rear L-webs of the adhesive bond to a wall and consequently as a Adhesive surfaces are used. A bottom bar of the type described above is z. B. from DE 1 759 137 A known. This is designed as a hollow profile and has a front wall and a rear wall spaced apart from it by stiffening webs, the rear wall being used for attachment to the wall by means of an adhesive, so that a very large adhesive surface is available. [0010] Furthermore, clamping baseboards are known which, for attachment to a support previously attached to the wall, have continuous webs on their rear side in the longitudinal direction (cf. DE 7 322 549 U). Overall, the known strips are usually designed for a specific type of attachment (either gluing or screws or clips) in terms of their construction and design. The invention has for its object to create an end strip, in particular skirting board, wall connection strip or the like, of the type described above, which allows easy installation with simple and inexpensive production. The strip should particularly preferably be suitable for different types of assembly and consequently be used in a variety of ways. To solve this problem, the invention teaches an end strip, in particular a skirting board, wall connection strip or the likea (forming the front viewing surface) front viewing profile section, which in the assembled state with its lower end against a lower mounting surface, z. B. a floor, a worktop or the like, and a contrast angled or bent upper end profile section (which in the mounted state with its upper, rear end rests against a rear mounting surface, e.g. a wall),a rear connected to the view profile section, z. B. Moulded-on, lower assembly web, which is L-shaped or T-shaped and forms an insertion groove open on the underside with the visible profile section,at least one central assembly web connected (e.g. formed) to the visible profile section on the rear between the lower assembly web and the upper closing profile section, which is L-shaped or T-shaped and has one or more with the visible profile section and the lower assembly web and/or the upper closing profile section forms open chambers on the back, wherein the upper closing profile section is L-shaped with a rear L-leg, which in the mounted state rests against the rear mounting surface (e.g. wall) and can be used as an adhesive surface or forms an adhesive surface, the lower mounting bar has a rear T or L leg which, when installed, rests against the rear mounting surface (e.g. wall) and can be used as an adhesive surface or forms an adhesive surface, the middle mounting bar having a rear T or Has L-legs, which in the mounted state against the rear mounting surface (z. B. wall) rests and can be used as an adhesive surface or forms an adhesive surface. Such an end strip is preferably made of thermoplastic material, particularly preferably by extrusion (including coextrusion) and consequently as a plastic extrusion profile. However, the end strip according to the invention is not designed as a hollow profile because it has no (in cross-section) completely closed inner chambers, but rather one or more chambers that are open at the back. The end strip is consequently closed from the visible side in a basically known manner, the visible side being formed by the visible profile section and the upper end profile section directly adjoining it. However, no complete rear wall is provided on the back, only several L or T webs or legs are provided. The invention is based on the knowledge that can be particularly economical to produce end strips from thermoplastic material by extrusion. Furthermore, the invention is based on the finding that the extrusion can be realized inexpensively and with high quality without any problems if the end strips are not designed as hollow profiles with closed chambers, but as profiles open at the back, which (exclusively) have chambers open at the back and especially preferably have no closed inner chambers. Nevertheless, the profile of the invention allows for proper attachment z. B. by gluing to a wall. This is because, despite the open rear structure, sufficient adhesive surfaces are made available via the rear T or L webs or their legs. In addition, the profile according to the invention has an insertion groove which is open on the underside and which is used for assembly with the aid of clips which are known in principle (eg metal clips). Such metal clips are z. known in connection with the assembly of solid profile strips (e.g. wooden strips or wooden material strips). You will e.g. B. attached to a wall at predetermined intervals, z. B. by means of screws, and they also have a spring leg, which engages in the course of assembly in the underside open insertion groove of the profile. As a rule, a large number of mounting clips are first attached to the wall at a predetermined distance and the end strip can then be attached to the spring legs provided with it. The bar according to the invention is therefore universally applicable, because it can alternatively be attached either with the help of mounting clips or adhesively by a rear bond to z. B. a wall. This succeeds at the same time cost-effective assembly by z. B. Extrusion. For the rear bonding are available on the one hand the rear L-web (or its L-leg) of the upper end profile section and on the other underside the rear L-web or T-web (or its leg) of the lower assembly web , whereby the lower mounting web also forms or delimits the slide-in groove which is open on the underside. One or more rear T or L webs of the central assembly webs are provided between this lower rear web and the upper rear web, so that the end strip according to the invention has at least three rear T or L webs (or their legs) as adhesive surfaces. In a first embodiment, a (single) middle mounting bar is provided between the upper closing profile section and the lower mounting bar, so that on the one hand the insertion groove open on the underside and on the other hand two rear-open chambers are formed. This embodiment with a single central mounting bar is particularly suitable for bars with a relatively low height of z. 40mm to 70mm, e.g. B. 50 mm to 65 mm. In a second embodiment, two middle mounting bars are provided between the lower mounting bar and the upper closing profile section, namely a first middle mounting bar above the lower mounting bar, so that a first back-open chamber is formed between the lower mounting bar and the first middle mounting bar. A second central mounting web is arranged above the first central mounting web, so that a second rear-open chamber is formed between the first central mounting web and the second central mounting web. The above-mentioned upper terminating profile section is then arranged above the second central assembly web, so that a third rear-open chamber is arranged between the upper terminating profile section and the second central assembly web. Such an embodiment is suitable for. B. for strips with a greater height, for example 60 mm to 100 mm, preferably 70 mm to 85 mm. Basically, the invention also includes end strips that have more than two middle mounting bars, so that z. B. four back open chambers are formed when using three middle mounting bars. In this way, with relatively simple production, it is always possible to achieve a sufficient adhesive surface on the back and, in addition, the strips have a sufficient degree of stability with simple production at the same time, despite the construction being open on the back. The end strip is preferably manufactured in one piece, e.g. B. by plastic extrusion. The front sight profile section, the upper end profile section, the lower mounting bar and the one or more middle mounting bars are thus manufactured in one piece to form an integrally molded profile, e.g. B. by extrusion. There is the possibility of producing such a profile strip in one piece from a single thermoplastic material. Are preferred for the production of the profile or parts of the profile described thermoplastics such. B. PVC or PP used. Alternatively, ABS can also be used. There is also the option of making the profile strip from a foamed plastic, e.g. B. PVC foam or PP foam. In this way, a particularly cost-effective production of an end strip is achieved, which is also characterized by low weight and high stability at the same time. [0023] Optionally, there is the possibility of forming the end strip with a lower flexible sealing lip and/or an upper flexible sealing lip. Such flexible sealing lips are known in the case of end strips for a perfect finish on the wall, floor or worktop or the like. They can also be used in the profile according to the invention. In this case, it is expedient to use the flexible sealing lip made of a different thermoplastic material or a thermoplastic material with different properties (in particular a different hardness). Such an end strip, which not only has the profile strip formed in one piece (from the visible profile section, the end profile section, the lower assembly web and the middle assembly webs), but is also provided with one or more flexible sealing lips, is preferably produced by coextrusion and consequently also in one piece. There is also the option that the visible profile section and the immediately adjoining final profile section (which together form the visible side) are at least partially provided with a coating that forms the visible surface, the z. B. is formed as a film, as a print or as a coating. Alternatively or additionally, this visible surface can be structured or embossed. There are consequently many possibilities for adapting the aesthetic appearance of the strip to the desired conditions. If the bar is coated or foiled with a film, it is useful according to another feature of the invention, only a flexible sealing lip, z. B. to provide a lower sealing lip or an upper sealing lip. If e.g. If, for example, only a lower soft elastic sealing lip is provided, it is possible to lay the coating (e.g. film) not only over the entire visible surface and consequently the visible visible profile section and the upper end profile section, but the film can also be laid into the rear Area of the final profile section or in its rear L-leg are folded, so that in any case a perfect visual appearance is created. The bar according to the invention can not only be produced inexpensively with high stability and mounted variably, but it can also be edited with conventional tools, e.g. B. with punching devices known from practice for corner areas. In addition, existing accessories such. B. Inside corners, outside corners or end caps can be used. The fastening can be implemented in the manner described by means of clips, by means of (double-sided) adhesive tape, by means of hot-melt adhesive systems or alternatively by means of screws or pins. The strip can be used variably for a wide variety of floor coverings. The invention is also an end strip set, which has at least one end strip of the type described and one or more fastening clips, these fastening clips z. B. fasteners, preferably by means of screws or pins / nails, on a to a mounting surface, z. B. a wall can be attached. Standard mounting clips can be used for this. They preferably have a resilient spring leg which engages in the insertion groove when the end strip is in the installed state. In the following, the invention is explained in more detail by drawings that merely show exemplary embodiments. 1 shows a first embodiment of a skirting board according to the invention in a perspective view, FIG. 2 shows the skirting board according to FIG. 1 in a vertical section, FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment of a skirting board according to the invention in a perspective view, and FIG. 4 shows the skirting board according to FIG 3 in a vertical section (in the assembled state). The figures show an end strip 1, which serves in particular as a skirting board or skirting board. The end strip 1 has a front visible profile section 2 which forms the front visible surface and which, in the assembled state, has its lower end (directly or indirectly) pressed against a lower mounting surface, e.g. B. a floor B is present. This front viewing profile section 2 is directly connected (on the top) by a contrast angled or bent upper end profile section 3 which, in the assembled state, has its upper and rear end against a rear mounting surface, e.g. B. a wall W is applied. FIG. 2 shows a first embodiment in an unassembled state and FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment which is mounted in a transition area between a floor B and a wall W. FIG. By way of example, FIG. 2 shows an embodiment in which the upper closing profile section is connected at an angle to the front visible profile section 2 . In contrast, FIG. 4 shows an embodiment in which the upper terminating profile section 3 is bent and connected to the front visible profile section 2 . Both the end strip 1 according to FIG. 2 and the end strip 1 according to FIG Visible profile section 2 forms an insertion groove 5 which is open on the underside. This slide-in groove 5 is intended for mounting the firing bar using a mounting clip 13 (see FIG. 4). Furthermore, the end strip 1 has one or more central assembly webs 6, 7 which are connected to the visible profile section 2 on the back and which are T-shaped in the exemplary embodiment (in cross section). In the embodiment of FIG. 2, only a single central mounting web 6 is provided, which is T-shaped (in cross section). On the one hand, this central mounting web 6 forms a first rear-opening chamber 8 with the lower mounting web and, on the other hand, a second rear-opening chamber 9 with the upper closing profile section (and with the visible profile section). other hand, two rear open chambers 8, 9 on. The upper end profile section 3 is L-shaped in cross section with a rear L-leg 3a. In the exemplary embodiment, the lower assembly web 4 has a rear L-leg 4a. The middle mounting bar 6 has a rear T-leg 6a. When assembled, these legs 3a, 4a and 6a lie against the rear mounting surface, i. H. against the wall W. In particular, they can be used as adhesive surfaces 3b, 4b, 6b, i. H. With the help of these legs 3a, 4a, 6a and their rear adhesive surfaces 3b, 4b, 6b, the profile according to FIG. 2 can be properly bonded. The profile according to FIG. 2 can consequently be mounted variably either with the aid of the clips (not shown in FIG. 2) or by means of gluing. The same applies to the embodiment according to FIG. 4. This shows an example of an embodiment in which not just a single mounting bar is arranged between the lower mounting bar 4 and the upper closing profile section 3, but rather two middle mounting bars 6, 7, each with a cross section T -shaped are formed. These middle mounting bars 6, 7 each have a rear T-leg 6a, 7a, the z. B. an adhesive surface 6b, 7b is available for bonding. The first middle mounting bar 6 forms a first rear-open chamber 8 with the visible profile section 2 and the lower mounting bar 4. The second middle mounting bar 7, which is arranged above the first middle mounting bar 6, forms with the visible profile section 2 and the first middle mounting bar 6 second, rear-open chamber 9. In addition, the second central assembly web 6 forms a third rear-open chamber 10 with the visible profile section 2 and the upper closing profile section 3. In the embodiment according to FIG Chambers 8, 9, 10 are provided. Each of the front visible profile section 2, the upper end profile section 3, the lower mounting bar 4 and the middle mounting bars 6, 7 formed profile strip is made in one piece, namely from thermoplastic material, d. H. the rear assembly webs are integrally formed on the front viewing profile section. This profile strip is made of thermoplastic material, e.g. B. made of a foamed plastic. The figures show exemplary embodiments in which the end strip 1 has a lower flexible sealing lip 12 which is connected to the lower end of the visible profile section 2 . This flexible sealing lip 12 consists of a different plastic than the profile strip described above or of a plastic of a different hardness. However, it is preferably also formed in one piece, namely on the lower end of the visible profile section. The end strip can be produced as a whole by coextrusion, in that a soft lip made of a second plastic is molded onto the profiled strip made of a first plastic. Incidentally, it is indicated in FIG. B. can be formed as a film. 2 shows an example of an embodiment in which this coating or foil 11 extends over the entire visible profile section 2 and runs on the upper closing profile section 3 into the area of the rear L-web 3, i. H. it is folded over the visible surface of the profile with a certain oversize M. This ensures that the film 11 actually extends over the entire field of view up to the rear wall W. In such an embodiment, it is expedient to provide a lower flexible sealing lip 12 only in the lower area. In the upper area there is no upper elastic sealing lip. However, the invention also includes embodiments which, in addition to the lower flexible sealing lip 12 , have an upper flexible sealing lip (not shown). Both the embodiment of FIG. 2 and the embodiment of FIG. 4 can be varied either by gluing (via the adhesive surfaces 3b, 4b, 6b, 7b) on the rear wall or using the mounting clips shown in FIG 13 mount. The mounting clip 13 has, in a basically known manner, a lower leg 15 resting on the lower mounting surface (e.g. floor B) and a contrasting z. B. perpendicular rear leg 16, which in the assembled state against the rear mounting surface z. B. Wall W is present. The mounting clip can be e.g. B. by means of fasteners, not shown, z. B. screws on the wall W fasten. These screws penetrate z. B. the rear leg 16. Furthermore, the mounting clips 13 have a resilient spring leg 14 which engages in the insertion groove 5 of the end strip 1 during assembly. The options shown in FIGS. 2 and 4 can of course also be combined. Ie., The profile shown in Fig. 2 with only a central mounting web z. 4 can be realized with two middle mounting webs 6, 7 with the angled variant of the upper profile section 3 shown in FIG. The foiling 11 indicated in FIG. 2 can also be used in FIG. 4 and, of course, in FIG. 2 the foiling can also be dispensed with. The embodiment shown in FIG. 2 has e.g. B an overall height H of 60 mm to 65 mm. The embodiment shown in Fig. 4 has z. B. a total height H of 80 mm to 85 mm. The total thickness D of the end strip can, for. 10mm to 20mm, e.g. B. be about 15 mm to 16 mm, with all information on the profile bar, d. H. refer to the end strip without the flexible sealing lip. The upper closing profile section 3 can also have a thickening on the back of the L-leg 3a, which is not included in the total thickness.
